They make you shadow a salesman for 30 minutes, make you cold call for 30 more minutes, and then sit you down for an interview. They simply judge you based off of 30 minutes of reading off their script and talking to people.

What is a time you were faced with a challenge and how did you overcome it?
I would not recommend applying or interviewing for this company. I've heard of people quitting days into the job with how bad it is. Expectations are way too high for the people they recruit for.
