I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Townsquare Interactive (Charlotte, NC) in Jul 2016
Interview
Phone interview, in person interview, final phone interview
The first was a phone interview with the recruiter, then was an in person conversational interview with manager, then a final phone conversation with the director of sales
The entire process was very easy and pretty informal- It was a good interview process and made me want to work there even more.

Question 1
Q: Why do you think you'd be a good candidate for this position?
I interviewed at Townsquare Interactive (Phoenix, AZ) in Apr 2026
Interview
Applied on a Friday then recruiter called me Monday morning asking to schedule a time. I scheduled Wednesday afternoon. Wednesday morning, I get a call from the recruiter giving the standard spiel of setting up an interview, which ok you didn’t realize I am meeting with you in two hours. First round was a standard 30 minute phone screening. Recruiter seemed a little too excited but whatever this is a sales job. Said we need people for a cohort starting in two weeks. Then said we’ll be doing a 30 minute zoom interview on Friday. It was just me and this recruiter on the zoom. He asked questions like Why Sales? Why did you apply for your previous roles? What inspires you when forming a goal? What hobbies do you have? Tell me about a time you won something? Easy questions. Then said the rest of the process would be a cold calling demo and meeting with a higher up from the company. The rejection email was sent on a Sunday afternoon, which was a little odd.
Screening call/interview with recruiter then in person interview with a sales manager. Before the in person interview, shadow someone during cold calls. They make a decision pretty quick and the recruiter will call with the offer.
