Interview
3 step process, that was very casual overall. Didn't feel any of the interviewers tried to gauge anything about me or my work ethic. General feeling of disinterest from all parties through each step of the process.
No follow through from the Recruiter I worked with. I feel that is interview etiquette 101 - follow up with your candidates, especially those that take time out of their day/PTO to interview with you several times.
When answering the question below "Did you get an offer?" - this is an assumed No because I never heard back.

The interview process consisted of one screening call, then an hour (usually 30 minutes) formal interview where I was asked about my resume and was asked several behavioral interview questions. Everything was very lowkey, and I enjoyed it a lot. The final interview was in person, but I decided at this time I couldn't relocate to Charlotte.

Interview
Interviewing was a breeze. Very kind individuals and easy to hold a conversation with. It seems like a pretty great company to be a part of. A promote within that ensures all individuals are trained properly. Only downside, got to what was believed the final interview and was ghosted for a few months. All other aspects of the company and culture seemed to be wonderful!

Interview
Initial recruiter/interviewer was very nice and we seemed to connect.
Second round interview was with a hiring manager. I could tell we didn’t connect on a personality level.
Probably because I was a little annoyed that I had to pay for parking, do a 30 minute shadow with a current employee and do a mock sales scenario before he’d even speak with me.
They did not extend an offer, interviewer was I would not accepted. The office environment felt a bit too fratty for my taste. Might be good for recent college grads.
