The interview process consisted of one screening call, then an hour (usually 30 minutes) formal interview where I was asked about my resume and was asked several behavioral interview questions. Everything was very lowkey, and I enjoyed it a lot. The final interview was in person, but I decided at this time I couldn't relocate to Charlotte.

Interviewing was a breeze. Very kind individuals and easy to hold a conversation with. It seems like a pretty great company to be a part of. A promote within that ensures all individuals are trained properly. Only downside, got to what was believed the final interview and was ghosted for a few months. All other aspects of the company and culture seemed to be wonderful!

Initial recruiter/interviewer was very nice and we seemed to connect. Second round interview was with a hiring manager. I could tell we didn’t connect on a personality level. Probably because I was a little annoyed that I had to pay for parking, do a 30 minute shadow with a current employee and do a mock sales scenario before he’d even speak with me. They did not extend an offer, interviewer was I would not accepted. The office environment felt a bit too fratty for my taste. Might be good for recent college grads.
