I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Townsquare Interactive (Charlotte, NC) in Oct 2019
Interview
Started with a 30 minute phone interview. After the phone interview I was invited for an in person interview which lasted about 1 hour. The person I was supposed to interview with called out sick, so after about 45 minutes of waiting they finally stuck me with someone else who admitted to being ill-prepared. I was then invited back for a 2nd working interview. The recruiter I was working with did not provide me with any of the required materials for the working interview, nor was I even informed about it being a working interview. There was a call guideline I was supposed to study beforehand and I was not provided or informed of this, which made me look very unprepared and flustered. After the last interview I was told I would hear back within a day and it has been 2 weeks and I have still not heard back. There were so many people in the office for interviews that it seems like they are just trying to get people in the door, while forgetting about the applicants who had spent an abundance of time and effort already.
