My interview process was multi-step, thorough and very involved. Even from the first phone interview I knew this company was different than any other I had interviewed with. You can tell they care deeply about their culture and do everything in their efforts to protect it! My second interview was at lunch and they were kind enough to treat me to McCormick and Schmick's. I came prepared with load of questions and they were very transparent with their responses! My final interview was in the actual office, and with the President. I was very nervous for this interview but ultimate so glad I was able to meet with Tim Pirrone and get a very honest story on where Townsquare is now and where he wants it to be and how he plans to get it there!
