I applied on a Monday and same day got an email back from the recruiter, I setup a phone interview for Friday(week1). Friday I am waiting and about 5 minutes late get an email from the recruiter asking to reschedule the interview next week. I reply no problem, let’s set something up then. I receive no reply Friday, Saturday, nor Sunday... Monday I send an email asking about the interview, I hear nothing back until Wednesday the recruiter tells me the QA position has been filled would I like to interview for a Digital Maketing Specialist. I agree and on Thursday asking when I would be available for an interview the following week, And we agree on Wednesday(week2). So the interview goes as planned and move on to next round of interviews with the hiring manager, and the earliest I would hear about setting up those interviews would be Friday(but it is also a holiday weekend)(week 3). Nothing was heard on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday(holiday). I email the recruiter on Tuesday again thanking for interview and when I was going to hear about the next round of interviews. Nothing on Tuesday or Wednesday, finally on Thursday I get an automated email saying they have filled the position.
