I was called 2 days after applying. Based on my observations of the company, my impression is that they seek out recent college grads and people with limited work experience. The interviewer asked basic questions, more based around my experience and when I finished college. Not a single practical application-based question or "how do you handle..." question was asked. It was pretty evident the recruiter was fishing for info to determine my age. Once she determined I was too old/too experienced, she said she'd pass my resume to the hiring manager, to decide if they wanted to bring me in for a face-to-face, and I should know in 2 business days, if they wanted to move forward.

I had an initial phone interview. Fairly simple and basic questions. Then I was brought in for an interview. I interviewed with 2 different people separately, who essentially asked me the same questions, so it felt odd repeating myself. They also had me do a little "quiz" to show my knowledge of the industry and how I could be creative. That all took about 2 hours which was much longer than I expected since I was on my lunch break with my current job. I was then asked to come back for a second interview. I met with one person, and again kind of the same questions... so a lot of repeating myself. After all of this, I was sent a short and sweet email saying they were looking at other candidates. I did ask about their decision and was told I didn't know enough about the industry.
