I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Townsquare Interactive (Charlotte, NC) in Mar 2019
Interview
Basic formality with an internal recruiter to set up 3 rounds of interviews. 2 phone calls and 1 in person. 1st phone calls you to breeze through the role and your resume with a recruiter. 2nd phone call you to speak with two managers in varying departments depending on who is available. 3rd in-person interview you meet with a director and they will ask you a multitude of questions. Nothing out of the norm. If not a little too step by step in my opinion.

Went to a hiring event. It was fine. I talked to a couple of the managers and they were fine.

It was three interviews. One from each department head then one from the head VP. Was pretty simple and the questions were quite easy.
A three-phase interview typically consists of three distinct stages: the initial screening, the in-depth interview, and the final decision-making process. In the initial screening phase, candidates are evaluated based on their resumes, application forms, and possibly a brief phone or video interview. Those who pass this stage are then invited for an in-depth interview, where they are assessed on their skills, experience, and cultural fit. This interview may involve behavioral-based questions, technical assessments, and panel interviews. Finally, the hiring team reviews the feedback from the interviewers and makes a decision on the most suitable candidate for the position.
