I applied online. I interviewed at Townsquare Interactive (Charlotte, NC) in Jul 2020
Interview
Not very difficult, though cold calling 30 businesses on video chat with two managers was pretty aggressive. The recruiter would call at random the following days for updates. Kenny Lindsay was my recruiter and after the final round interview ghosted me, ignored my call, emails, everything until a whole two weeks later I got an automated email saying I wouldn't receive an offer. Overall felt disrespected and was not given any feedback. Very poor reflection of the companies values, feels like I really dodged a bullet.
Easy. Main thing is if they ask if you want to do a customer support role would you be interested- if you are doing sales always say no. They are wanting to see how serious you are about the position, which is a little crazy, considering it is entry-level.
