I was invited to an open house which consisted of a powerpoint presentation with a few employees, then I talked to an admin person. I recently graduated in lived in a city about two hours away for this open house that lasted about 10-20 minutes. The day after the open house I was called for an interview, and made the trek back. The interview took place the next week. However, when I got there for the interview I was being interviewed for the wrong position and was told that they would reach back out for the right position and I could interview again.
The position they had me for was sales (which is basically ever position at Townsquare), and I was more interested in social media development and management.
After I had already taken so much time out for my interest in this position, instead of reaching back out and apologizing for the mistake, I got a denial email from that position -- all for an agency that is not that good.
