Phone interview with manager, very informal. Two days later in person interview with manager and supervisor, it wasn't bad at all, very comfortable setting. They ask me a few questions, took me on a tour of the office, then took me to lunch.

Tell a time were you creating a way to increase revenue or decrease expenses at your employer.

Disorganized.
Toyota made multiple requests for phone interviews.
When the time for Toyota to call to conduct the interview there was no attempt by Toyota.
I was surprised to receive a rejection letter with statement it was nice to speak with me. Unfortunately, I was not interviewed so I am unsure of who they spoke to.

Applied online. Had phone screen with recruiter who then scheduled a video interview with two managers. Very efficient process. Interviews went well and were more conversational rather than technical. Entire process from application to offer took about 2-3 weeks

The interview was mostly STAR-based, behavioral questions. I went through a 3-round interview with managers and supervisors, discussing my previous experiences and overall fit for this role and culture at Toyota
