I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Toyota North America (Blue Springs, MS) in Jun 2013
Interview
I applied online via their job portal for a position i was referred to by a friend at the company. The position I applied for was a general engineering requirement for an entry level position. multiple departments used the same generic requirements. After waiting for two months another department posted a similar job, which i also applied for. I was then given an interview 2 weeks later. After which I was given an offer. After going to work I found out that the other position said I wasn't qualified, but I was for this one. Sad thing was, the requirements for each position were the same, and I had the experience in the other position.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Toyota North America (Erlanger, KY) in Jul 2015
Interview
The first interview is a phone interview using the STAR format and then a onsite interview. It was about a 2 week process. After the onsite interview I received an offer by phone a week later. I then reviewed offer with recruiter and went over any questions that I had. After the contract is signed then you have a drug screen and background check (about another 2 weeks process). After the results come back then you get an orientation date.
