Had a phone screening/interview with their HR manager after some cat and mouse with them via email. They contacted me to setup a call to which I replied on the same day with multiple options. No response for multiple days as they decided to take a vacation for a few days before responding back. A little odd to reach out to someone if you're expecting to leave right after you email them.
Eventually had the phone interview with the HR person and they were quite friendly, however, they seemed fairly lost on the position and the whole mobile world. Based on the voice I would say that she was a fairly old which could explain why she may not know much about the mobile world. There was a lot of clarity needed with some of her questions as they were completely vague. The worst offender was "Have you worked with mobile?" which made me laugh as that is what I had been doing for the past 7 years in well known telecomm companies. When I asked her what she meant by that, she simply went, you know, mobile devices. Again, really vague and meaningless question, but I answered it the best I could based on how it was posed.
Never heard back from her even after a follow up, which I consider to be unprofessional, a simple response saying we've decided to go another route, especially when the person says they will contact you again to let you know what happens.
