I was contacted by phone to schedule a day to meet with HR, so when the day came, I had to check in at the Customer Service desk. Once we set foot in the office where the interview would take place, they handed me a pile of pamphlets and proceeded to ask me the basics so that I would transition into the questions that mattered. Still depending on where you live, the HR I had the pleasure of meeting with was friendly and bright, and hired me on the spot.
