I applied online and received a call to come in for an interview. It was a group interview and we had to introduce ourselves and tell what kind of toy we would be. We then had to go out in the store and choose a toy to sell. We had to get up and do a commercial for our toy. We also got divided into groups and had to build something out of mega blocks and do a sales pitch for our item but could not use the word blocks. We called ours super stackers. Last we had to interview someone else applying for a position and then tell those doing the interview why they should hire that person. Finally they did a one on one interview. They didn't ask me many questions and now looking back I should have known I wasn't going to be offerred a job. I thought I had a good interview, wore black slacks, blouse and heels and was comfortable during my presentations but I received the wonderful rejection email that they were pursuing other canadites. Many others wore jeans and just read off the box for their item. Oh well their loss!
