Was contacted by an in-house recruiter for possible position. Had 2 phone interviews and was invited to visit HQ for interviews. Was given incorrect itinerary by HR. Interviewed with 4 people (2 from HR, 2 VPs, 3rd VP cancelled at last minute). First HR interview was standard, resume review, examples of projects, etc. Second HR interview was more about culture, history of TRU, future plans, direction, etc., very casual. The first VP was new to his position and still trying to figure out TRU. Final interview was with VP and potential boss. Specific questions on how I think, operate, manage. Asked what % of info I need to make a decision, if I'd rather manage a team or be a project manager, and what past managers would say I need to improve. Was told the position was filled internally the following week.
