You start out in a break room with lockers and vending machines. There will be a pile of Lego's on the table. You sit and wait until the rest of your fellow interviewees get there. The management starts by telling who they are, why they work there, and their personal interest. Everyone then take turns telling about ourselves and our favorite childhood toy. Once that is finished, as a group you have to build something out of the Lego and tell why we built it. My group built a city and each one of us had an individual building that we had to explain. When that was over the management brought in a basket with 10 toys (it was 10 of us) we were asked to pick a toy out of the cart. Once we got them we were asked to trade with the person to our left and be prepared to sell it as you would in the store.(they basically want you to know if you upsell products such as batteries or other accessories. Make sure to include age range that's a plus) We then took a store tour and came back for our one on one interview. You are interviewed by 2-3 managers and they basically want to know your availability and how you feel about holiday work. May ask behavioral questions but they didn't ask me any. I was offered the job and accepted it. They will ask if they are allowed to do a background check and if it checks out you are good to go! Good luck and be as charismatic as possible.
