Filled an application online, i was contacted by phone and after a short conversation, i was asked to go to their distribution center in Midlothian, Texas, to have an interview with their Senior Engineer. She was very polite, informative, and interested. She told me about the company and asked about my past experiences. In the end I was shown their recently improved warehouse. It took approximately 30 minutes. I kept in contact with them until two weeks later they asked for a second interview with their executive team. It was an hour process and i met with the general manager, operations manager, and quality engineer. I spoke of my experiences and how I plan to perform my duties. I was contacted a day later with an offer.
