Interview
I applied in late September and i was called about 2 weeks later for a group interview. When i arrived for my interview there were 22 other people who were supposed to come but only 17 attended the interview. The HR person gave us a summary of the policy and all that other boring stuff. He "claimed" that he can find everyone attending the interview a position in the store. Anyways, everyone had to pick a toy from the store and attempt to sell it. Make sure you get a toy that requires batteries. Toys R 'Us is big on selling batteries. After the toy selling phase we each had to give our background experiences. Lastly, the Manager came in and asked each person 1 question depending on their background experiences. Before we left, the HR and Manager added that they would be giving calls as soon as the background checks cleared and if you were not considered to get hired you will be receiving a rejection email. They also stated that they do not wish to be bothered so, no one should call them to follow up on their background checks. I have yet to recieve a call but, it hasnt been a week. Just waiting patiently.

Geoffrey was attentive and kind. Guided me through the whole catalog. Would recommend him all the time, every time to whomever will listen. He took the time to explain the great deals.
