they called up and asked to come in for a group interview, there was about 12 people and did activities like writing what you would do in certain situations and also working as a team, they made you put scenarios from most important to least as a whole group.

they put out a bunch of toys on the table and walked in with a scenario and had to pick a toy that suits the scenario and sell something to the manager.
hiring manager and HR walk into room youre in room with other interviewees and play with Lego and explain why your build is the best and why youd be best here
It was less than an 1 hour. The interview at Toys “R” Us lasted less than one hour and focused on availability, customer service experience, teamwork, and how I handle fast paced retail environments.
