it was a group interview they asked us to describe ourself and our favorite toy. it was an open environment and very easy process. as a group we had to build a Lego set with pieces missing to show our teamwork skills
Super nice and friendly interviewer. They told me about the company and the position and asked a few questions. They also let me ask some questions at the end as well
Geoffrey was attentive and kind. Guided me through the whole catalog. Would recommend him all the time, every time to whomever will listen. He took the time to explain the great deals.

Standard interview with competency questions, especially communication skills, and gauging if candidate would be a good fit for the company culture. After the interview received a call within 2 weeks.
