Interview
Applied on Friday, got a call on Monday for a group interview for the following day at 1. There were about 10 of us in the group total. We each had to stand up and introduce ourselves one by one and name a superhero we would want to be and someone we would like to have dinner with. During this you really have to be open and friendly to make a good impression. Next, we had to go out in the store, find a toy, and "sell" it to the interviewers and everyone in the group. Really easy and doesn't have to be this big, long presentation. Just make sure you know the features, age range, and wether or not it includes batteries. After that we did availability paperwork and 1:2 interviews with 2 managers. I was the second to last person to be called in so I was really nervous that they were just going to tell me "no" and send me on my way like they did with everyone else lol. Fortunately they didn't have any further questions for me other than asking me about my cash handling experience and then they offered me a position on the spot. Really simple interview if you make a good impression and show you are a hard working and enthusiastic type of employee :)
