I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Toys "R" Us (Forest Hills, NY) in Oct 2011
Interview
Applied online and two days later I got a call and was invited to the interview which would be two days later at 10 AM. There were few people in that break room, around fifteen. After reading this site I expected it to be a group interview, but it was one on one only. Store director and his secretary, or whoever she was, were asking some questions, not the tricky ones. Something about what I like to do, my experience and so on. Got a call wed days later and was invited to the orientation, it means job is offered. So you see it's pretty easy, good luck with your application!
Super nice and friendly interviewer. They told me about the company and the position and asked a few questions. They also let me ask some questions at the end as well
Geoffrey was attentive and kind. Guided me through the whole catalog. Would recommend him all the time, every time to whomever will listen. He took the time to explain the great deals.
