Interview
They give a phone interview first. If you qualify, then they set up a group interview. Where you are in a group of at least 8 people. On my group interview we had to build a lego theme and sell the product. Then I had the one on one interview.
Super nice and friendly interviewer. They told me about the company and the position and asked a few questions. They also let me ask some questions at the end as well
Geoffrey was attentive and kind. Guided me through the whole catalog. Would recommend him all the time, every time to whomever will listen. He took the time to explain the great deals.

Interview
Standard interview with competency questions, especially communication skills, and gauging if candidate would be a good fit for the company culture. After the interview received a call within 2 weeks.
