Interview
You are taken to a room with the hiring manager with several other people. If there are rehires, they are very friendly with them and it makes you a bit uncomfortable. It starts with going around the room and introducing yourself. There is a stack on monopoly money on the table and you are asked to take as much as you want. You are then asked to tell one thing about yourself for every bill that you took. You are then told they will get back to you and within a day I had a call that they were doing a background check.
Team interview, relatively simple and pretty fun. Was followed by a quick in person interview. After season a handful were offered full time positions while others were told thank you.

Smooth and very friendly. You can say that it was a fun interview, at first with the human resources manager and the second was with the store manager also. They were both really friendly and it felt like having a normal conversation. I loved working for TRU
