I was contacted few days after applied online by HR. I had a phone interview with a HR. She was really nice but did not seem to understand the job requirements. She asked me if I was within the digital marketing team and sounded unsure when I told her No but i do perform the job and I had certificates as well. She said the interviewing process was to start with the frist initial screening(phone interview) then an in person with the hiring manager but I have never heard back from her even after one follow up and it has been 2 weeks.
