The interview was a group panel with multiple candidates, as well as the GM and an assistant manager. They asked questions to the whole group so you have to make sure you participate as much as possible. They also ask yoh ti sell something. They pass products around and do a mock situation. Then finally they ask You if you would hire someone in the group. That part is a bit awkward but, I assume it's for your team and character building.
