I was called in for an interview several weeks after submitting my application online. I met with the store manager and and a manager-in-training. Other people may meet with the HR supervisor first. I was asked basic questions like "Why do you want to work here?" and about my past experience. Because I was hired as a regular employee, I was not subject to the large group interviews that seasonal employees are required to participate in. Those are quite informal and as long as you don't say something stupid and you have past experience, you're most likely to get a seasonal position.
