Interview
I was called in for a group interview back in August on the 29th, told I would be contacted and was on the 31st. Scheduled second interview Friday, 1st of September. Heard nothing for three days so called Thursday 7th of September and was told someone would get back to me on Friday, no one did. Now two months later still upsets me knowing how disgustingly unprofessional I was treated.
Helpful tips for potential employees of any place of work- 1. Bring a copy of your resume with you to any interview and 2. Dress for your potential job.
I went to my interviews and at no point in time did I see another candidate carry in a resume OR dress for the job. Unlike my fellow candidate's I was not thinking about this like a 'Seasonal Job', I was thinking this is my first step to a CAREER with this company....
In my second interview I even felt like I was being discriminated against because I carried in my resume, was dress in black pants and a dark blue shirt, and had put some lotion on my hands so they were not to dry.
For you hopeful employees, DO NOT try to go for this position, or work for this company! You will be better off working for Walmart as a Stocker. Only go to this company for employment if you are going for a higher position like a Manager. Otherwise, be prepared to be in a room of people who dressed like they were from the street, could instead of using real experience use their sex (Male) and 'Bro' bonding gestures (fist bumping your future boss? Classless, unprofessional, and sexist), and disinterest in potential hires. And also be prepared for HR to always be on 'vacation' when you try to call and find out a update on your hiring progress.

Question 1
They only asked about why I wanted to work for Toys R US. After I was immediately told I would be contacted for a second interview by the Overnight Manager (I was not). I was the 3rd person to go in in a group of 7.

Interview
Easy one on one with a manager in the store to talk about capacity and responsibility. Along with this, it was questions of motivation for warking at the company and what hours I could work.

Interview
I applied on Indeed. They called and scheduled me an interview, then emailed me to reschedule it which was fine. I came in well dressed. The interviewee before me came in jeans and a t-shirt and was offered a job, so I over dressed apparently. She didn’t seem very interested in my answers, it came off almost as she was going to hire me no matter what I said. Maybe they were really short on overnight stickers.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Toys "R" Us (West Covina, CA) in Nov 2017
Interview
Group interview. Introduce yourself, pick a toy off sales floor and sell it to interviewer, get in a team and use building toys to build something together, then 1 on 1 interview.
