Roundtable / Group interviews. Initial contact phone, one on one intervjew with Human Resource District Manager , one on one with Regional Vice President final contact with store manager for final hiring decision for right placement and fit
Easy. Standard questions about work history and aspiration. What is my work history and am I the right fit. Work environment and availability and Myers Briggs and fans and toys
3 interviews. Often with multiple people. Simple and straight forward minimal problems or issues. About history and expectations of the comp y. Very easy. Kind people. 4 manager interview sometimes. So can be complicated

Easy in store interview. Just simple straight forward questions.the manager at the time was ok. Friendly and clam.took a few days to get back too me but I declined the offer.
