So when I arrived, we were directed to the Baby Department and then invited into the back. There were about 4 other ppl with me and we interviewed with the store manager and another lady whose title was not mentioned. The talked for about an hour about the different job details, pay, and company policies. We did the Lego building activity and then did one on one interviews. The interviews were short and sweet. They asked about your availability and previous experience. If they liked you then they will offer you a position contingent on passing you background check. They did state that the background check and come back as soon as 24 hours and as long as 2 weeks. Seasonal position only last until 12/24. They did also state that pay is currently 10/ hour for overnight but may change to a higher amount.
