Interview
I had an initial 2 rounds of phone interview with basic questions about my background and experience. The last round consisted of an on site interview where I flew in and met the team and manager and also was given a tour of the facility. This round also consisted of some brainstorming questions about current projects in the facility.

It started with a brief phone interview with HR. Then I interviewed with Eng Mgr by phone and in person. Then we moved on to an on-site interview with the GM and some Ops Mgrs in the building.
