A former Teammate of mine gave my name to the District Manager. I was called by an HR representative for a Phone Screen and took and online assessment and personality test. I then talked one on one with the District Manager, and walked a store for more detail. I had one more Phone Interview with the HR Manager, and after 2 weeks, I was employed.

Easy in store interview. Just simple straight forward questions.the manager at the time was ok. Friendly and clam.took a few days to get back too me but I declined the offer.
