Applied online and receive a call back within a week to go for a interview. It was a group interview, so first we had to built something then as a group tell why they should sell the toy. Then it went to a 1 on 1 interview.

If you have 5 customer coming up to you at the same time, how would you handle this situation.
Team interview, relatively simple and pretty fun. Was followed by a quick in person interview. After season a handful were offered full time positions while others were told thank you.

Make a new toy with these LEGO’s and try to sell it
Smooth and very friendly. You can say that it was a fun interview, at first with the human resources manager and the second was with the store manager also. They were both really friendly and it felt like having a normal conversation. I loved working for TRU
