      Management Intern Interview

      Nov 1, 2012
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Toys "R" Us

      Interview

First interview was at school after i met with someone from the career resource center. It was pretty simple, know typical behavioral questions and brush up on what you know about working in retail. Next i got a call for the final round interview in Jacksonville, FL it was a full day event. I was close enough to make the 2 hour drive but i know they flew some people in and put them up in the hotel where the interview were. We were taken from the hotel to a close store and given a tour through each department, be engaged ask questions if you have one but ask something obvious just for the sake of asking a question. After the tour we went back to the hotel where they gave us a presentation about Toys..many people got up and talked, general stuff. After they had olive garden there so we had lunch everyone sat together so it was a good chance to net work the remander of the time we were give a case study and asked to work on it with a group, we never really presented it or anything, time ran out. While your working on that they will call you back to have your final interview. It was behavioral questions..thats it. Have good example. prepare and youll be fine.
