Interview
I had submitted an online application a month before I got a call asking if i was still interested, which I replied with a yes too they scheduled my interview three days later. When I arrived it was abut 8 of us all waiting for our GROUP interview we entered the break room where there was two tables filled with products and legos the HR lady made us built somethin/ anything with the legos and the people sitting in our table she looked over us (I'm guessing to see how we work with others & communicate) after we had to pitch them the toy we made and afterwards we had to pick a product they had at the end of the table to sell to our peers once that was over they said if you don't receive a phone call by thursday then we've moved on my interview was on a tuesday, i didn't hear from them wednesday or thursday but then i get a call friday saying they were interested in me and would like to invite me to a one on one interview Monday I went in to a small room with the manager, he was beyond cool and made the interview really fun and easy he told me i was hired and to wait for a phone call from HR to talk about my pay rate and paperwork so i waited about three days and called to speak to her but they said it was her day off so i left them my details and that she would call me the next day but she never did , a week had passed by from when they told me i was hired so i called again and the HR lady answered saying they were waiting for my background check to clear as soon as it does they would call me back in for some paperwork & I'm guessing orientation so i get a notice through the mail saying i was cleared to hire with the details of my background check but it's been 3 days and they haven't called me..so i'll call them today to follow up and tell them i received a copy through the mail and see what they tell me.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
all the questions were very casual nothing too hard , they just want to know about you and past work experience even if you might not have a lot of it.
Super nice and friendly interviewer. They told me about the company and the position and asked a few questions. They also let me ask some questions at the end as well
Geoffrey was attentive and kind. Guided me through the whole catalog. Would recommend him all the time, every time to whomever will listen. He took the time to explain the great deals.
