Interview
It was as simple as applying online and showing up for a group interview. The group interview consisted of going into the store, picking out an item and then swapping it with someone and "selling" it. You also had to talk with other interviewees and "sell" them based on their interests and skills.

You have to be able to look at a product, read over all the info on it, and then sell it within a minute. It is practice for working on the floor with products that you might not be familiar with.
Team interview, relatively simple and pretty fun. Was followed by a quick in person interview. After season a handful were offered full time positions while others were told thank you.

Smooth and very friendly. You can say that it was a fun interview, at first with the human resources manager and the second was with the store manager also. They were both really friendly and it felt like having a normal conversation. I loved working for TRU
