There was about 10 of us, we were split into 2 groups and asked to come up with a toy using what i believe after using google search is K'nex. Then we had to market the idea of this toy to the interviewer "Why" and "What purpose". Yes this was for a cashier position..

It was less than an 1 hour. The interview at Toys “R” Us lasted less than one hour and focused on availability, customer service experience, teamwork, and how I handle fast paced retail environments.

Easy but complex have qualities as a key holder training to become assistant manager
Then store manager then area manager pay is great Im the regional manager just climb the latter.
