Interview
The first step in the interview is a group interview, where you will introduce yourself and information about yourself to the others in the room. You will be in a room with around 8-10 people, store manager, and hiring manager. During this time you'll have to introduce yourself and tell everyone about your work experience and goals in life. You will also do "team building" exercises.
After the group interview the hiring manager and store manager will meet with you one on one and ask you several questions. It has been my experience that you get offered employment directly after this interview.

I would say the most difficult at the time was what my career goals were, due to me being right out of high school and not being sure.
Met with the manager and it straightforwaed, asked about prior experience and what toys did I grow up with. It was pretty informal and they said they would get back to me in a week.

it was a good and professional interview. Was a very pleasant experience. Equal opportunity provided to all applicants. Very friendly and helpful staff helped to ease any anxiety. Office is airconditioned made the experience more pleasant.

Describe your educational achievements and your aspirations.
The process started with a group interview with the manger and HR. Were we were all sent to pick a toy from the shelves. When we came back we had to demonstrate how we would sell the toy to a child. After this process we had individual interviews.
