Super easy, you pretty much get the job if you show up, show a bit of emotion and personality so they like you more and it'll make getting a raise a lot easier.
It was a two-part interview. One part was a group interview where we played games and interacted with other workers. Then there was a one-on-one interview with the manager and HR rep.
