I applied online and got a call back maybe two weeks ago. first, there was a group interview where we had to talk about good/bad customer service experience and built a toy out of the legos and sell it to the interviewer. next were the individual interviews with the hiring manager and assistant store manager. They didn't ask that many questions. However, I didn't do well: my answers were vague, short and without examples. Advice: provide examples and do not forget to turn in your resume to them.
