I was interviewed for seasonal and ended being hired for a permanent position. The interview was very easy. I was first screened on the phone and then called in to have a group interview. It was a group of about 12-13 people. First we introduced ourselves and how we heard about the job. The next thing we did was to pick a toy and try to sell it to the group and then we were given what if scenarios. Some people showed up late, didnt have pens, did not participate and were quiet the whole time I did not end up working with any of those people because they were sent away and absolutely not hired.
