Applied online, called the next day to set up an interview. Went in a few days later and was hired after about a half hour of talking with the GM and AM's. Normally they have group interviews, but since I was the only there that day it was 1:1

What would you do if a customer was not satisfied with anything you have done?
Super nice and friendly interviewer. They told me about the company and the position and asked a few questions. They also let me ask some questions at the end as well
Geoffrey was attentive and kind. Guided me through the whole catalog. Would recommend him all the time, every time to whomever will listen. He took the time to explain the great deals.

Standard interview with competency questions, especially communication skills, and gauging if candidate would be a good fit for the company culture. After the interview received a call within 2 weeks.
