It was very straight forward, sit down and answer some very basic questions. They just gauge who you are as a person, personality and all that kind of stuff. Not daunting at all.
hiring manager and HR walk into room youre in room with other interviewees and play with Lego and explain why your build is the best and why youd be best here
It was less than an 1 hour. The interview at Toys “R” Us lasted less than one hour and focused on availability, customer service experience, teamwork, and how I handle fast paced retail environments.
