I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Toys "R" Us in May 2010
Interview
The Toys 'R' Us interview is definitely one that I'm going to remember. It was a group interview. They had us separate into 2 teams. They then gave us the kids connects toys to make a make believe toy. We then had to come up with a name and a purpose for the toy. After that, they gave us a product and we had to create a scenario where we are selling the product to another person on our team. We then had to go into a different room and wait for our one on one interviews. Total interview time about 3 hours.

Super nice and friendly interviewer. They told me about the company and the position and asked a few questions. They also let me ask some questions at the end as well
Geoffrey was attentive and kind. Guided me through the whole catalog. Would recommend him all the time, every time to whomever will listen. He took the time to explain the great deals.
