Applied in store took two weeks for a call. Turned up to assessment 4 minutes late due to there always been traffic in that area ENFIELD branch although I left early. And simply turned away all they said was and I quote "YOU CANT GO IN". In my opinion that's an utter joke no interview could've started with 4 minutes.
If a companies that pathetic who would really want to work for them. Yes I'm aware I should've been on time but I can't determine traffic flow and accidents etc.
The Process Probably Take About A Week Or Two. The Called Me For A Group Interview. She Didn't Really Ask Any Questions. She Told Us About The Store. She Also Made Us Pick A Toy Off The Table And Tell Her About As If We Were Trying To Sell It To A Customer.Told Us The About The Stores And How Everything Works. Take Us On A Tour Of The Store. It Went Very Well She Asked For Our Social Security Number And Date Of Birth So She Can Run A Background Check. They Called Me Two Days Later & Told Me I Had The Job.
The interview was cute. You did a group interview and you were asked to build something an do a sales pitch. It's not hard at all but just don't be shy!
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Toys "R" Us (Katy, TX) in Oct 2015
