they get a group and give a presentation on what the store does. then they give you a product and you have act like you have to sell it to the interviwer.. then we get a one on one interview with one of the managers.

they ask you to compare your self to a piece of chocolate
hiring manager and HR walk into room youre in room with other interviewees and play with Lego and explain why your build is the best and why youd be best here
It was less than an 1 hour. The interview at Toys “R” Us lasted less than one hour and focused on availability, customer service experience, teamwork, and how I handle fast paced retail environments.

Easy but complex have qualities as a key holder training to become assistant manager
Then store manager then area manager pay is great Im the regional manager just climb the latter.
