Interview
I applied online and was called for an interview within two days. Went in for a group interview with about seven people. First the HR manager came in and spoke about the job, duties, schedule, and pay. We then had to introduce ourselves and tell what our favorite cartoon character was/is. We then had to go pick out a toy and sell it to the manager. After that, we were given legos to make a toy which we had to present to the manager and "sell" also. Lastly, we were given a puzzle to put together as a group. After the group portion we then went in for one on one interviews. It was a really fun experience, a laid back interview, and I would do it all over agian!

Give a time you had to deal with a difficult customer and what did you do?
Super nice and friendly interviewer. They told me about the company and the position and asked a few questions. They also let me ask some questions at the end as well
Geoffrey was attentive and kind. Guided me through the whole catalog. Would recommend him all the time, every time to whomever will listen. He took the time to explain the great deals.

Interview
Standard interview with competency questions, especially communication skills, and gauging if candidate would be a good fit for the company culture. After the interview received a call within 2 weeks.
