Phone Interview with recruiter lasting about 20 Minutes, after one week set up in person interview with 3 managers and HR Rep. During interview mostly focus on experience and try to gauge personality over all very relaxed. after in person interview candidate is asked to submit background survey that is emailed to previous employers.

Fairly straightforward, 1 call with HR, no interviews with the hiring manager or team leader / members. HR offered minimum in salary range I was asking for within a week from interview date.

Interview
I was contacted via email to set up phone interview with HR which was then followed by on site interview with a director and 2 managers individually. Since I wasn't extended and offer for this position I was then referred for another which I interviewed with 2 directors individually on site. I was extended an offer by the end of the week, the total process took about 2 months.
